Past-President Andy hands over. President Howard pays tribute by saying that it?s like following Don Bradman in to bat. ?Andy is rightly to be congratulated for his year in office and he is a hard act to follow.? Howard says that he will do his best and follow his own instincts. ?However, if anything goes wrong I will follow the example set by countless Rotary Presidents before me, and blame my predecessor?
